We specialize in engineering and designing high quality electric power assisted vehicles. With more than 30 years of experience in the bicycle industry, we are familiar with diverse international marketing channels, cutting edge product design, high responsive and comprehensive service, effective production processes and strict quality control. We aim to consistently deliver stylish, sustainable eco-friendly, power-efficient solution to our clients. We have rich experiences in working with various organizations, including supermarket chains and government departments. Some of our major cooperative partners include; Metro Group, Australia Post, Halfords, Tesco, COSTCO.
CEPV's E-bike has been qualified for the EN15194-2017 certificates by TUV AND SGS. Most of our parts and components have passed through the qualifications of CE, UL, ROHS, Reach and other mandatory standards.
We also have well established service net work for all major components through out Europe.

Founder of CEPV established the Australian headquarter in Melbourne, covering the business area of importing, wholesaling, retailing, and after sales service. Previous Trade is "Sourcing Asia Int'l Pty Ltd."
2002
Same Ted (founder of CEPV) visited Sydney Show where he met current two Australian business partner. Then start joint ventured EVS PTY Ltd which now becoming one of the two largest ebike importer in Australia.
2004
Ted (Founder of CEPV) had organized Chinese Bicycle Delegation Group visit Melbourne Show.
2003-2005
Formed strategic joint venture company with Power Ped Australia and being one of the biggest e-bike importer in Australia.
2005
CEPV registered as Trading/Manufacturing company in Australia. Replace S.A.
2005
CEPV, Power Ped Pty, Currie-Tech Australia, 3 companies joint ventured together forming EVS, with CEPV as the strategic sourcing agent role in the EVS.
2006
EVS (CEPV's joint partner) become the largest "Personal Transportation Vehicle", with Chinese joint venture e-bike including factory in Wuxi, South China.
2007
CEPV formed new joint venture with Zhejiang jinhua Electric scooter co.,ltd, and set up CEPV-RIPU electric bicycle MFG. The Joint venture company produced 3500ebikes in the first year. First year , CEPV get into European market by exhibiting Cologne Show.
2008
Second year, CEPV get into Eu market sold 7990 ebikes throughout Europe and north America and Australia. First year exhibited in “Eurobike show” Friedrichshafen Germany.
2009
Thrid year CEPV-RIPU sold 11990 ebikes throughout Europe and north America and Australia. Second year exhibited in Eurobike show.
2010
CEPV-FLYING PEGION ebike MFG established in Tianjin, one of the biggest bike manufacture base in China. 2980 Eikes sold to European market; Sample and trial orders sold to 23 countries throughout world. CEPV European market sales dealers net work established. CEPV European Service net work in construction. Same year, CEPV help EVS get the bid of Australian Post project building 1200 ebikes and trikes for Australian Post Office mail delivery fleet.
2011-2012
CEPV will have more solid sales net work in European and service net work will be set up. The forth year exhibit in EuroBike show. Their ambitious EU ebike marking will take off. CEPV formed strong Design, Production, Sourcing, QC control professional team. This enhanced the order-QC-delivery-after sales service stream line work.
2013-2016
CEPV entered in to another new era and new decade has passed more EU product test and broadened its distribution net work through out Europe; Better logistic solution and stronger R&D ability.
2017-2023
CEPV has grown into versatile and comprehensive global production net works. CEPV work alongside with its international partnership for legal original certificates guaranteed meet European custom clearance within legal frame works. Corporate with Asia and European factories.
